Freelance Writer Wanted

I am always on the lookout for freelance writers to work with. I need freelancers who are intelligent, creative and who know how to write using proper grammar. I am looking for independent people looking for work. Here is a summary of what I am looking for:

* I am looking to develop long term relationships only.

* You must be extremely dependable and deliver work on time as promised.

* College education is preferred but not necessary as long as you have good writing skills.

* I pay via Paypal only. I only pay when work is completed, not before hand.

* You must already have or else be willing to open new accounts at the major article directory publisher websites including GoArticles.com and EzineArticles.com in addition to many other similar ones.

* Should have some knowledge of SEO.

* Must understand the terms “No Follow” and “Do Follow” and understand how to use them when writing and publishing articles.

* The ideal freelancer would be a person who works independently from their own home either full time or part time. Many stay at home moms fit this profile quite well.

* I would prefer if you have some experience writing blog posts or even experience maintaining your own blog.

* The ideal candidate would have a personality that is compatible with mine.

* Our relationship would primarily involve you writing and publishing articles using your own accounts at public or private article directories and blogs. These articles would be written on specific topics provided by me. The articles would also contain links pointing to specific locations that I would provide you with.

* I have other blog related projects you might be interested in contributing to also.

I don’t need to hire hundreds of writers at this point. I am simply looking to find a core group of writers that I can reliably outsource some of my work to. I am looking to develop long term relationships with people who intend to be working in this field for many years to come.

This is not a full time job offer at this point. This is an offer for part time work on an as needed basis as a contractor not an employee. It may develop into steady part time employment eventually. The contract you will be required to agree to will be one that prevents you from soliciting my customers for work and prohibits you from working for them directly in the future.

You also need to quote me a price that you would charge for composing an authentic, 100% unique, quality article of about 500 words that you would post at a website such as EzineArticles.com. I ask you to quote me a price because I do not want to lowball anyone or convince anyone to work for less than they would be happy with. Paying people less than they are really willing to work for is a sure way to ruin a relationship. At the same time, keep in mind that you will probably get regular work from me every month and I am obviously looking for the lowest cost possible in completing the work according to quality standards.
