How Much Does My Website Promotion Service Cost?

My initial consultation is free. I understand that you probably want to talk with me before you will make a decision about whether or not to hire me. Plus you need to have a voice to go along with the picture over there. I would be happy to discuss what you are trying to accomplish.
Just so you know, I do not work with every person who wants to hire me. If it is a good fit, then we can work together. If it’s not a good fit then we won’t. It has got to be something that I am confident about and comfortable with. It has to be a project that feels right. It has got to be a win/win situation for you and for me. Assuming you want to hire me and assuming that your project is a good fit, we will then discuss project costs.
I charge $79 per hour for my strategic services. That includes consulting with you, helping you develop strategic plans and coaching you. You and I work as a team to develop the plans for your website. We go over them together so that you fully understand what I am teaching. Then we begin implementing those plans.
In the process of implementing the plans it may be more cost effective to outsource some services. Of course this is all part of the overall plan that is developed with you being the primary decision maker. The truth is that there are certain repetitive tasks that can be outsourced for less cost than it would be for you to pay me to do it. I am looking out for your best business interest. So, I would advise you to outsource some things to people that I trust.
For those specific specialty services you would be paying those people directly instead of paying me. You are only paying me for work that I actually do on your behalf or for work that I do directly for you. So you are not going to be paying me for as many hours as you think. I will send you invoices via Paypal for the services I render.
Most projects require much more of my time up front than they do later down the road. I am more than willing to work out an arrangement with you so that you can make payments for my services over a period of however many months so that the cost will fit in affordably with your monthly cash flow.
If you have a strict budget to follow for promoting your website then please inform me of that during our initial consultation. If you are operating on a shoestring and cannot afford to really hire me at all then I still may be able to help. Feel free to contact me anyway. Just please be honest about your inability to afford my professional help. I will still give you whatever advice I have to offer you during that initial consultation. You don’t pay anything for that initial consult. I guarantee you will still benefit greatly from it.
What would a typical project look like?
First we identify your target audience. Then we determine how to get in front of them. There are a couple of different ways you can do that. You can push your name out in front of them or you can pull them to you by using specific tactics. It all depends on what you are selling and what would work best in that situation. That might mean you need to use search engine optimization. It might involve social media promotion. It might involve paid advertising. It might involve methods using new forms of content. There are many different approaches. Usually we plan on using more than one tactic to accomplish your goals. Then we measure along the way to see what is working the best.
One of my favorite tactics is to use search engine optimization. I have found it to be one of the most profitable methods you can possibly use. It applies in most circumstances. If you do it properly, you will attract lots of high quality traffic that is ready to be converted into customers.
SEO Analysis
Thorough SEO analysis is conducted for every new project and client that I work with. I conduct research to see what keywords people in your
industry are using in search engines to find a business like yours. Then I look to see which websites are currently ranking for those keywords. I also look at how well your current website has been designed according to current SEO protocols. Part of my standard service is preparing a report based on this information so that you are better informed about how you can achieve better results from your website. This will help you make better decisions than ever before regarding your marketing and advertising in general.
If you run a business that has little competition or weak competition then you will see good results fairly quickly. You would get to the top of the rankings for your keywords much quicker than a highly competitive niche. Once you are there I would continue to work to keep you at or near the top. How long it takes to reach your goals all depends on how strong your competition is and how the search engines respond to the promotion.

5) Your relationship with me is kept as confidential as possible. I do not provide a list of other clients that I work for. You of course are encouraged to tell other business associates about me. I would happily accept referrals. I will not spam email you or constantly try to up sell you more unnecessary services.
